Dates

All projects must be submitted through GitHub by the deadline: Sunday, September 28 at 13:00 CEST.

Each team must include the following in their submission:

1. GitHub Repository (mandatory for all teams)
   1. Project description and README (problem, solution, features, impact)
   2. Team member names and LinkedIn profiles
   3. Codebase (if applicable)
   4. Any additional assets or documentation
2. Demo Video
   1. Maximum 5 minutes
   2. Show what you built, how it works, and what problem it solves
3. Project Write-Up
   1. Short explanation (1–2 pages or README in repo) covering:
      1. Problem statement and solution
      2. Core features and technical approach
      3. Potential real-world impact
      4. APIs, datasets, or tools used
4. Live Demo Link (optional)
   1. If the project is hosted or has a working prototype, include a link

All submissions must be created during the hackathon.
